Our primary service area includes Naperville, IL (zip codes 60540, 60563, 60564, 60565, 60566, 60567) and surrounding DuPage County communities. Service availability for locations outside this area is at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • We provide free estimates for standard plumbing services.
  • All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection.
  • Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. In such cases, we will inform you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointment times are provided as estimated windows. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, delays may occur due to emergency calls, traffic, or extended prior jobs.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance by calling (630) 822-9092.
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service call fee for future appointments.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

6. Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, third-party modifications, or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

Emergency plumbing services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Emergency service calls may be subject to after-hours rates, which will be communicated before dispatch.
